What kind of salary is normally offered for conductors? I’m mainly interested in becoming a driver but would like to get into the railway industry one way or another so this could be an option for me.

I think after training the salary is around the £30k mark but if you live in Northamptonshire as your profile says will it be too far to travel?

presumably you'll need experience to get those?
