Booking engines currently unable to connect to National system

Just been looking at various tickets for travel in early May, and up to five minutes ago everything was working fine on VTEC. Then I got an error page that they cannot currently connect to the National Reservation System, and can only sell full price tickets at the moment, no Advances.

Tried on ATW's site and got the same message. Wonder what is going on.

Edit again: Still happening. This is the message...

Sorry, we can't connect to the National Reservation System. Currently, we can only sell flexible tickets and not Advance tickets. We are also unable to make any seat reservations.

Anyone else trying to book tickets?
