Long shot. Can anyone share any information about a very small private operator Billy Budden who ran a one-bus company from Pamphill, near Wimborne in Dorset in the 1950s? The bus is believed to be a Bedford OB DJT376, a 1949 29-seater and was in blue livery in Budden's day. That vehicle went on to the House company based in Hilton, Dorset. There's a bit of confusion due to a Swindon-based company called Buddens (plural). However, Billy's bus was always "Budden" (singular). I went to school in Budden's bus and any info is welcomed.

Presumably also not to be confused with Buddens of Romsey?

Have you tried contacting Roger Grimley or Peter at the countrybus.co.uk website?
