Today I found that there appears to be a 'bug' in the Greater Anglia app.
- I ordered some advance tickets for Wednesday. the app gives me an error 'your tickets cannot be downloaded' - and it shows the tickets but there is no icon for you to actually open them. I contacted GA support who said - use the pdf which you have been emailed - it's a known issue they are working to resolve. what's the point of the app if it can't display the ticket.
- then today I bought a Colchester to London LS Return. I got a ticket emailed to me and it also showed in the app. At some point betweeen 9 am and 2 pm today the app decided that not only did it not want to display the 'web' ticket - it would also generate a Barcode ticket as well. - question - why do I need both!
