Bus operating costs

Does anyone know the cost per mile (if not mpg) of the following buses:

Volvo B10M
Volvo Olympian
Dennis Dart SLF
ADL Enviro200
Scania Enviro300 & 400
ADL Trident
Optare Solo

If it helps the routes in mind are largely rural with a few miles between stops and A roads where 55-60mph could be reached.

I can't find this info anywhere so I hope someone can help! Private message me if necessary.
