BVE4 Sound issues

a while ago on another forum i posted my concerns over some issues i'm having with the sound in BVE4.

since then i've updated to 4.2 and the problem remains so i have provided this:

EDIT: BTW its of a nothern line train running between Colindale and the Station after Colindale..... (SB)

Are you running in full screen, if so, try running at a lower resolution, that usually helped me with any sound problems (even though it sounds interesting on how it affects sound).

Try downloading the latest version of DirectX. It may work as I had a simular sort of issue the other week.

either try toning down your settings or try using the latest version of direct x
