Alstom has sold its Coradia (ex-Alstom) and Talent 3 (ex-Bombadier) product lines to CAF, along with a manufacturing facility in France (Reichshoffen).
It offered to sell these lines as part of the regulatory clearance for the takeover of Bombardier Transportation earlier this year, and CAF beat Škoda to the deal.
The Coradia sale includes the Polyvalent range with bi-mode examples in service with SNCF.
The Talent 3 sale includes design and IPR from Berlin, but not any staff or manufacturing sites.

EUROPE: Alstom has agreed to divest its Coradia Polyvalent and Talent 3 multiple-unit families to CAF, along with the production facilities at Reichshoffen in northern France.

The UK's interest in the Coradia family is now rather distant (classes 175/180/334).
It might simplify arrangements at Chester, where Alstom currently maintains its class 175s, and is due to become the maintenance base for CAF's class 197s.
It also strengthens CAF's bi-mode capability, though the Coradia roof-mounted power pack might be a problem in the UK.

The Coradia Polyvalent is the only part of the Coradia family being divested.

Meanwhile the Talent 3 has serious problems.

Should your list also include the 458s, which were about to be remodelled by Alstom?

At the risk of repeating myself, this sale does not affect any UK rolling stock. As Alstom's press release makes clear, the only Coradia variant being transferred is the Coradia Polyvalent (aka Régiolis), an articulated low floor EMU with bi-mode options.

I must admit to replying to post #1 before reading your reply. Apologies if this caused confusion to others.
