Hey all, I was wondering if anybody has any good Camera/Camcorder recommendations along with accompanying video.
I currently film with a GoPro Hero 9 black but it's kinda restrictive due to it having a digital zoom... I want something with an optical zoom and that does at least 1080p 50i/60FPS.
I have considered buying a mirrorless camera for this purpose but at the end of the day I already have a DSLR I use for Photography and I'd like something to replace the Action Camera y'know?
I've read previous threads online and seen that people just say to use my phone but I have bugger all storage on it (iPhone 11) and don't want to have to use it for recording soo... any recommendations? (video examples of the tech in action with trains would be great but not a must)

I use a Sony Handycam FDR-AX53 camcorder plus a Rode external mic. I've also got a Panasonic Lumix FX1000 bridge camera and the Rode mic fits that as well.
