I am pretty certain it’s Larne Harbour. Not only from the range of destinations offered on the departure sign but also because the picture contains the rather famous station clock with 2 different minute hands. Ireland and Britain had 2 differing time zones. Ireland was 25 minutes later than GB. So when you travelled from the one to the other you had to put your watch forward or back by 25 minutes. As this picture clearly shows, the clock at Larne Harbour had 2 minute hands 25 mins apart to cater for all tastes.
This confusing arrangement was dropped in 1916 when Ireland went over to GMT.
