Can I use a tcod/ track circuit info located

This is probably a simple answered question... But no question is a stupid one well so I've been told lol

While looking at a sectional appendix how do I know if I can use a tcod obv you need a track circuit but where does it tell me on the sectional appendix

Do you mean TCOC's? What page of the Sectional Appendix are you looking at?
