Central Line Formations

Hopefully being my first post this is in the correct format and posted in the correct forum?

Using the intertube site I can work out whats operating and what sets are partnered, but with respect to the central line the even numbered centre cars don't think can be found. Having only recently taken an interest in tube, I think I have all the driving pairs except a couple of those in service and those under overhaul or stored. Is there a list of those that are stored or are they all available for service?
