Hello, I travel weekly DON-LBO on a Monday morning (usually the 0646-embankment slips excepted!) and return sometime Friday afternoon.
Trainscanbecheaper suggests splitting at Swinton-but thats for an off peak ticket. I used to catch the train a bit later on a monday, giving the oportunity to split at Chesterfield where it left 1 minute after the peak!
I have a 16-25 railcard, so that usually helps but I'm not sure it will on the Doncaster - Swinton leg as there's a minmum fare(£13?).
Any suggestions on how to keep my wallet a little heavier? :-P

Looking again on Brfares and NRE now, NRE lists £26.85 as the cheapest fare, I'm sure I was paying more than that last week when I booked tickets! Whereas BRFares has the cheapest anytime return at £31.60, which is quite different!
