Just a quick point on this morning. The 0910 train from DDG to MYB was cancelled due to a fault on the train. It had been cancelled all the way from Kidderminster, but at DDG only appeared cancelled at about 0904. Why so late? How come the boards dont pick this info up?
Also, every weekday, an extra train follows the 0830 empty and doesn't stop anywhere? I think it runs to Banbury but cant be sure. Why wasnt this train put in service today as 0855 from Snow Hill or would there not be time as it has to be somewhere? There certainly seemed to be a guard in the back..Another train ran empty through DDG at about 0923 aswell, would it not be beneficial to relieve pressure on the 0930? Bit long winded so i do apologise!

Train ran from Kidderminster to Birmingham Snow Hill where it was cancelled just after 0900 due to a fault that the fitter could not resolve. So in this instance the empty stock was long gone by the time the decision to cancel was made. The train that went through at 0923 was the broken train heading back to the depot at Aylebsury.

Ah, cheers for that. Had looked on National Rail site when seen it cancelled, and it just came up cancelled all the way through!
