Chiltern Smarcard at ticket office

Does anyone know if you can buy a ticket and have it added to a Chiltern Smartcard at one of their ticket offices yet?

Chiltern Twitter only reply Mon - Fri.

I want to know if the problems I had here have been resolved yet?

Hi Folks. Will a one day travelcard loaded onto a Chiltern smartcard work the barriers at London Underground stations and on London buses, or only at Chiltern stations? Thanks. Adam

They use the same TIS as us so unless they have something turned off I'd say yes. I think the only TOC's Smartcard left to set up with TfL is ScotRail which isn't see as any kind of priority.
