Had finished my Stage 2 on 27/Feb in OPC at Watford. Been told the result will be sent out 7-10days. Had sent email to Arriva but still didn’t hear any feedbacks, what should I do?

Be patient. There's a bit of a delay in proceedings currently, due to circumstances outside Chiltern's control.

Will this route be driver only or will they be recruiting Train Managers or conductors? If so, does anyone know of the timescales? Thanks.

That is still to be confirmed although I expect it will most likely be DOO.

Now been waiting over a month time but still not hear anything yet. Is it normal

If you've done your OPC tests you could try contacting them to see if you passed, otherwise try getting in touch with any contact you have at recruitment.

Thanks for your advise. Just curious, is that abnormal situation?

No, it's not unusual to hear nothing for some time by any means. Note though that Chiltern do not deal directly with their own recruitment process beyond initial sift of applicants apart from final DMI.

That's what I thought literally. I had done the Stage 2 including mmi and then nothing update from both Chiltern or OPC even I had email them for any update. Even I had tried to call Chiltern, and the staff told me would ask colleagues to email me back with the update but none.
Don't want to be too pushy on keep chasing however at least know it still in processing or rejected somehow.

Hi everyone, I've been waiting for result/update from TOC since end of Feb. Tried to call/email but still no reply from them. Hence can I re apply if the job available or can apply other TOC based on the result with OPC. Appreciated all your advise.

How far in the process have you reached up to this point?

Just apply to any TOC. The TOC will check existing results on the national data base. You’ll then be told what happens next. Too many unknowns to be to specific, what stage of the process did you get, what tests did you sit, did you pass Avanti/national standard.

As @akaa has applied for a job with Chiltern, why would they have passed 'Avanti' standard, whatever that is? There is no across-the-board 'enhanced' standard with different TOCs adapting the testing process to their own specific requirements.

Sorry…no idea why I put Avanti. But still the same advice, just apply

I had passed Stage 1 and had done the Stage MMI as well. Supposing should have update from Chiltern, but no response at all.

The first online form done in Sep 2023.
Stage 1&2 in Feb 2024.

So you've taken all the OPC tests then, and not heard if you've passed or not? Strange.
