Class 153 in Nottingham, Thu 22/08/2024

I spotted a Class 153 at the far end of Platform 6b in Nottingham on Thurs eve, around 6pm. Unfortunately it pulled away toward Eastcroft before I could get a proper look.

Any idea who's it was and what it was doing there?

Sounds like it could have been this.
I know Network rail have a 153 for track observations and it sounds like this is exactly what it'd be used for but can't confirm anything.

Looking at the RTT plan, it will likely have been the Anglia duo (2x 153, both EMT livery). Did you notice if it was 2x 153 and the livery?
