Saw a SWR Class 159 running to Exeter St David’s TMD Monday this week about 11:45.
Is this a usual thing?
In quite a few days/hours spent at EXD I’ve never known SWR/SWT 159/158 to run to the Westerns depot.
Certainly not since SWT stopped running to Plymouth & Penzance.
It was being driven by a GWR driver but an SWR driver was in the cab.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this?

It's a Fueling move, Exeter TMD (GWR) won a refuelling contract a while ago. 1 SWR train a day goes onto the shed for refuelling, comes back out at around 1430 and gets put on another diagram back upto Waterloo. It has been happening since December although took a break when SWR introduced their Omicron timetable.

I noticed on RTT it was in the Mon-Fri WTT for the whole timetable period…
