I have seen quite a few 377's on southern metro lines.I am curious to why they have started popping up. I prefer them to the class 455s. Will southern try to put more 377's on the metro services?
I thought the 455's were used on some London Victoria to Sutton diagrams?
There is 1 455 which is booked for a late night London Victoria to Dorking run, as well as a pair of 455's booked for the 16:31 London Victoria to Caterham
2x455s are used on Victoria to Epsom Downs all day weekdays. Also one of Victoria to Sutton all day diagrams is booked for 2x455s. There is a handful late evening Victoria to Epsom (not Dorking or Horsham) for 2x455 as such as some evening London Bridge to Epsom semi-fast and London Bridge to Victoria via Crystal Palace 2x455s do. Those are all parts of other diagrams.I thought the 455's were used on some London Victoria to Sutton diagrams?

Yeh just realised my mistake. Suttons and Epsom Downs's arent on the same diagrams as i originally thought.2x455s are used on Victoria to Epsom Downs all day weekdays. That's right. They're different diagrams. Sole Victoria to Sutton 455s diagram starts at Selhurst 05:58 to Epsom Downs then return to Victoria and further Victoria to Sutton from 07:46 reppeating every 2 hours till 23:40. Another 455s diagram (part of) 20:16 and 22:16 Victoria to Sutton and return.Yeh just realised my mistake. Suttons and Epsom Downs's arent on the same diagrams as i originally thought.
