Class 379 Diagrams to cambridge

I am going to Liverpool Street next week and i am just wondering if anyone has any class 379 diagrams. I am going from Broxbourne and i have heard they are working to cambridge so it would be useful if anyone knows the cambridge workings.

I know they are listed in one of the latest copies of Rail, of the Top of my head the 14: xx are both 379 off Cambridge.
