Class 67 at Euston

There's currently a Colas 67 (027 I think) sat light engine at Euston platform 16, any idea what it's doing here?

Appears to be 0Z28 Derby RTC to Derby RTC via Euston and Crewe, I guess it must have that 'camera' on the front?
