Class 717 door failure.

I was on the 13:25 Moorgate to Hertford North service, ran by a 717. However, at Hornsey the train stopped but none of the doors opened. The train then left and at Alexandra palace the same thing happened, although one door did open. The train left Alexandra Palace 7 minutes late, wondered how often this happens with new trains (it was an actual problem with the doors not the driver forgetting to press them).

I noticed that going southbound the rear carriage doors were not opening at stations between Bowes Park and Harringay, even though the car is all well within the platform lengths. Result: passengers frantically running around outside looking for an unlocked set of doors, but nice empty carriage for one .
