Any idea how this Greater Anglia 745 can display this location. Given its at Ipswich

Not actually a location, 'hemos llegado a' is a translation of 'We have arrived at'.

As for how/why...I'm sure it's something, something, Spanish Inquisition...

i'd guess it's a mix up between GE workings and Stansted workings. the announcements on the airport services are often in different languages. The 379s used to have an announcement about not taking liquids on board in about 5 languages when they were in service.
