Clifton Downs to Fleet Super off peak return.
Return portion? The planner shows first valid journey super off peak return portion as 10.21.
The restriction is XC.
Fleet is not listed with a specific restriction but it does say not valid on trains scheduled to depart Reading before 10.30. I assume this is the reason this ticket is not valid to dept before 10.21. (Excluding strike action)

I would appreciate if someone would check the interpretation of this restriction, many thanks for your help.

Correct: the time from Fleet is covered by:

Super Off-Peak tickets from stations not listed are valid for connections into trains departing as shown above.

There is a slightly less restrictive time if you travel via Salisbury where code Q8 applies (after 0850 from Salisbury), though XC says after 0815 from Waterloo.
Can't persuade a journey planner to work ATM so can't give times at Fleet.
