Tim, take a glance at the preamble, I presume we should continue along the mainline onwards in the direction of Stalybridge. Having some problems with wifi dropout this morning.

Indeed we do carry on along the line of the Huddersfield and Manchester Railway until we reach the Stalybridge area, where we will then access the line of the MSL Stalybridge to Guide Bridge line.

Moorgate Halt........we now take the Delph Donkey line

On the preamble, I made mention of the particular significance of that halt only being used by the Delph Donkey services and not by the main services running into Stalybridge. The Delph Donkey besides serving the short branch line to its terminal station also carried on to the Oldham area through Lees
to Oldham Clegg Street, where it joined the Oldham, Ashton and Guide Bridge Railway, which we do not use on this current journey.
