A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
We next move to England for the next journey.....

This is number 266 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Hainton Street Halt
It follows the line of the East Lincolnshire Railway...using the Mablethorpe loop line
It then follows the line of the Kirkstead and Little Steeping Railway
It then follows the line of the Lincolnshire Loop Line
It then follows the line of the GN and GE Joint Railway Lincoln to Doncaster Line
It then follows the line of the West Riding and Grimsby Railway
It then follows the line of the Manchester and Leeds Railway
It then follows the line of the LYR Copy Pit Line
It then follows the line of the East Lancashire Line
It then follows the line of the West Lancashire Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Southport Central

The first closed station on this journey is Hainton Street Halt
