I only followed on after the posting of Piddington was made.(having made my previous posting of Billing, which was then answered)....not wishing to add even more confusion to this already querelous journey that we are on.

The "Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway" would like to apologise for all the delays to this last journey which was caused by a combination of ineptitude, poor research and unusual diversions that were outside of our control.

As a result of this, the quiz number 77, due to depart at 1415 hours. has been delayed whilst investigations are carried out by our research and development staff into connectional arrangements where diversions may be required. Please be assured that everything is being done to keep the delay to a minimum whilst this essential work is carried out.

It follows the line of the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway
It then follows the line of the Caernarvonshire Railway
It then follows the line of the Bangor and Caernarvon Railway
It then follows the line of the Chester and Holyhead Railway
It then follows the line of the Whitchurch and Tattenhall Railway
It then follows the line of the Oswestry, Ellesmere and Whitchurch Railway
It then follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Mid-Wales Railwy
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Hay and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Hereford, Ross and Gloucester railway
It then follows the line of the Bristol and Gloucester Railway (Using the Fishponds line
It then follows the line of the Heart of Wessex line
The journey ends at the open station of Weymouth

The first closed station on this journey is Black Rock Halt
