Above the Yeovil Railway Centre you’ve got ‘Farrell Railway’ which is the fault of my smelling pistake.
It was meant to say ‘Gartell Railway’.

The Weardale Railway is in the North East! So is the South Tynedale, its east of the Pennines and runs predominantly within Northumberland, is also South Tynedale for a reason - South Tynedale being one of the two tributaries of the major North East river - the TYNE!

Adding to the North East list are the Aln Valley Railway and the Bowes Railway

Adding to Yorkshire - the Yorkshire Wolds Railway

If you are putting into regions then may I politely suggest that Yorkshire and the North East are separated - neither sees the other as being in the same region!

There are and one in Saltburn, these aren't 'preserved' though, though neither are a lot of others such as the RHDR?

I'd add
Great Whipsnade Railway - has some of the ex Sittingbourne locos
Hythe Pier Tramway - one of the oldest, its two locos celebrated 100 years since built 1917 last year
Purbeck mining museum. Adjacent to the Swanage Railway's Norden station has relaid a section of the china clay n/g railway
Midsomer Norton is rather in the style of Shillingstone and another group have started at Midford
There are also similar projects at Bideford and Torrington (The Tarka Railway)

And if the Gartell Light Railway is to be included

Exbury Gardens steam railway which is likewise a new build
