Conductor at Wigan

Hi all,
First time poster so be gentle!
Ive applied for the Conductors role at Wigan around 3 weeks ago and I've still not heard back yet. I did the only tests (which were a lot more difficult than I expected!) however unlike on other threads my application does not say 'in progress' or rejected or anything - it merely says 'assessment' - does anyone know what this means?
Ive had no emails so I'm not sure if I've got through or not!

Oh that's good, i thought it would say something like 'processing' so with it being so long ago it threw me off a little!
