I was fortunate that so many enjoyed 'An Inspector Recalls' a funny and serious book about my 31 years in every rank of the BTP CID (See the thread on this site +The Guardian review- 'Best of the Genre' + Amazon - numerous 5 star reviews). Now I've been asked to give a public talk on that subject early evening on 5th September at BBB, 19 Bethnal Green Road, Shoreditch. Have a look at the short YouTube vid :
