Courses for track maintenance.

Hi everyone, so I’m completely new to all of this so bare with.

I want to start a career with working on the rails, I’m looking for actual track maintenance and going into welding etc over signalling/train driving.

I’m aware there’s a few things needed and a lot of courses on offer but I’m completely unsure of the best route.

If anyone can shed some light or point me in the right direction it’s be massively appreciated.
