Nice work Craig - the UID FGW service appears to have been 1C23 Padd - BTM.

This was a great event despite the poor weather on Saturday - drizzel on and off all afternoon. Great mix of modern traction and large steam locos working hard hauling loaded stone wagons up the incline out of the quarry. Loco sheds open to see how the Mendip Rail Cl 59's are maintained. Chance to travel on the freight-only branch from Witham to Cranmore behind 59's and 66's. Vintage buses, quarry tour, ESR etc etc. Many thanks to Aggregate Industries, Mendip Rail and East Somerset Railway for organising this event.

My enjoyment was marred only by me managing to loose a watch :( I've had for over 25yrs - if anyone found a stainless steel 'retro' digital watch with a broken strap, I'd be really grateful if you could PM me - many thanks.
