Quick question - so thanks for any replies
Have return portion of off peak return for tomorrow - journey Crayford to Liverpool
I want to head into London via Abbey Wood and then the Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court Road n then Northern Line to Euston
Is this allowed via the cross london / between london terminals arrangements please?

Yes, that ticket permits a cross-London transfer. That transfer could incorporate the Elizabeth line from Abbey Wood and then the Underground from Tottenham Court Road.

Other routes are also permitted (you can start and end your cross-London transfer at any of these stations, as appropriate to your journey, and use any reasonable route between them), but using the Elizabeth line and changing at Tottenham Court Road is probably the fastest option.

Abbey Wood is valid for cross-London interchange via the Elizabeth Line as set out here.
https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/ticket_types/Travelling-to-london.aspx
List of London Underground, Elizabeth line, and DLR Stations between which single/return tickets valid for travel ‘via London' may be used - subject to route of the through journey being made

Abbey Wood

The trickier issue is that there are no longer trains from Crayford to Abbey Wood via Slade Green for most of the day.
