A colleague of mine has got through to interview stage with crosscountry , has anyone gone through this recently?
Can you remember the questions you were asked?

The interview itself isn’t anything out of the usual. The tests however, can be harder!
There were twenty of us. We started with a maths paper, after which those who didn’t get the pass required were politely asked to go.
Then an English test, and the same thing.
Then a ticket-test where they give examples and you have to work out fares & if tickets are valid.
Then a “group exercise” and the same thing. In the end they only actually interviewed three of us.
That was a few years ago & things may have changed, particularly in these Covid socially-distanced times.
