Finding it rather difficult to determine whether CrossCountry (and other DB-Arriva UK TOCs) have a final salary pension scheme, or has this long gone for new drivers? Very sparse info on the recruitment website, and RPMI unable to confirm. Any info would be greatly appreciated as to move away from a Final Salary scheme with another potential 30 years to go is not a decision to be taken lightly I assume? Many thanks!

I was hoping that to be case! Just curious as to why they don't mention Final Salary at all when other (non Arriva) TOCs make a song and dance about it.

Can anyone say what the accrual rate is eg 1/60th (2/3 final salary after 40 years service) or 1/80th (half salary) etc?
