Looks like a pathing stop to let an Edinburgh-King's Cross depart through Calton Tunnel first. Timed as a stop for ARS to prioritise correctly.

Just not marked as a non-passenger stop in TPS, hence shown on CIS.

Those are showing reservation levels. So C is fully reserved whilst D & F are only half reserved.
