Another great answer but not the one! Think along the lines of what’s causing the danger to the fish and where on its body. And the answer is somewhere in the south east of England.

There aren' t that many body parts that are specific to fish. I can't see how Gillingham works. Nor Finstock, unless it means that a bit of the fish was used to make soup.
