Thank you, that was a good clue (I'm probably only saying that because I was able to solve it).

Perhaps this next clue also refers to a bishop:

He's in church for matins.

I hope I haven't misled anyone. The bit about a bishop is not part of the clue, it would have been in bold if it was.

London Liverpool Street is correct. The answer is a straightforward anagram of Oven roll spoiled rotten. The significance of (twice) is that the word rotten acts as both anagram indicator and also forms part of the answer!
