CSR looking for acquisitions

CSR says its looking to the USA, Australia, Spain, Italy, Germany, the U.K. and France for possible technology acquisitions to complement its existing products and grow revenue from foreign sales from 7.7% to 20% of total by 2015. One train maker that is up for sale is Finmeccanica's AnsaldoBreda but the leading contender to acquire it is thought to be Hitachi.

CSR bought Hydrex Power of Lincoln which makes semiconductors for rail traction alongside other transportation forms in 2008.
