A good friend of mine has submitted an application for a Customer Host position with FGW she has a telephone interview coming up and would like some assistance on the question they will ask her.
I'm assume there will be one around delivering Excellent Customer Service, take that as read. Working to rules and Regulations relating to food preparation etc perhaps?
