Days out in Glasgow pass

I'm going to buy this ticket from some staffed station in the area of validity. If the employee is struggling to find it, how do I direct them to find it on their computer?

My experience with the ticket offices in Scotland has been great, each time I use one, I'm in and out very quickly even when asking for rovers/rangers. So I don't think you'll have a problem.
