Just looking at the Hanson and Hall website:
“Flexible rail logistics services throughout the UK
Hanson & Hall has a compliment of 12 train drivers with a collective route knowledge covering the entire UK. This provides a great deal of experience and flexibility, meaning we can tailor our rail logistics to meet the customers needs.
Comprehensive route & traction knowledge
Our rail logistics services are operated by our preferred supplier Devon & Cornwall Railways . We also have contingency arrangements in place with further operators to ensure additional availability during busy periods, meaning we never let you down.”

So it says H&H has 12 drivers but uses DCR for its rail logistics. What exactly is the link between the two does anyone know? Are those 12 drivers one and the same? Do they’re share resources? I’d imagine one company getting a job but needing the other all the time to actually fulfill contracts limits the profitability somewhat?
