I have just spent 20 plus minutes one the phone making a rather important call regarding finances. I was direted to no fewer than NINE different menu's and a 15 minute wait before I actually got to speak to someone in person. I told the person the reason for the call and was promptly told I had been given the wrong number as that department did not deal with it. I was given a new number which I rang. It was answered and the voice said...."For enquries about savings accounts please press.........................
