Delay repay across operators

Hello,

I have a question concerning a delay repay. Travelling on the 27/12 from Ipswich to Harrogate my connection from Peterborough to Leeds was late so I missed the connection to Harrogate and arrived over an hour late.

I'm unsure which delay repay scheme to apply to. The ticket was purchased from Greater Anglia, but the delay was East Coast. I tried online with Greater Anglia but their online form only allows you to select Greater Anglia stations?

It was VTEC that delayed you so it should be delay repay from them. VTEC means Virgin Trains East Coast if you weren't sure.

In that case, send Customer Service an email with all the details and they should be processed as normal.
