Delay Repay on DUO tickets

Hi All, I recently travelled on a DUO ticket with NR on Saturday and I was wondering how do I go about doing a delay repay claim. I purchased 2 duo tickets and 1 child accompanied child ticket. Please can you give me some advice on this. Many thanks

Just use the normal delay repay form claims will be based on the value of the tickets and they should calculate the appropriate amount, although with Northern you do have the option of complementary tickets if the delay is 30 minutes or more instead of the monetary value of the delay repay claim and are often more beneficial particularly if the claim is for a low value journey.
