Just wondering if you can still claim for delay repay when the last leg is a bus?
Journey was from Tenby to Fratton via Swansea, Reading and Guildford.
The Swansea to Reading train arrived 20 mins late, and because of this I missed my connection from Reading to Guildford and had to wait for the next service. It was then Guildford to Havant by train and then a replacement bus from Havant to Fratton. I arrived at Fratton just shy of 30 mins later than planned. GWR are disputing the times I put in but I know they are correct.

Yes, you can claim delay repay where part of the journey is made using a rail replacement bus. I would appeal the decision.

Thank you. Claim was approved. Makes me wonder why the first claim was rejected!
Often the initial claim is handled by an automated process which is fine for simple claims but not for anything more complex. This probably needed a human to look at it.
