It won't appear in Ticket Issueing Systems (TIS) untill the beginning of March at the earliest, so unless there is a press release before then I can't say. There are two in the current weekday timetable, one at 1000 and one at 1733, both from Paddington. None on a Saturday and one on a Sunday (1000). or so my TIS says

If you are travelling on a Saturday during summer months;
0835 Paddington - Paignton
1035 Paddington - Paignton
1235 Paddington - Paignton
1630 Paddington - Paignton

Otherwise change at Exeter St Davids.

So no SWT services will call at Dawlish in 2010?

Nope - in the timetable change in December this year, West of England services will no longer run past Exeter St Davids to Plymouth, Paignton, or (on Saturdays) to Penzance.
