Hi all

Coming up in the next couple of months I have an interview to be a passenger service agent on the Docklands Light Railway. I had an interview last November, passed the aptitude and radio tests, but narrowly failed to get the job, even though I thought the interview went really well.

Does anyone have any tips they'd care to share with me? As working on London's transport network has always been an ambition of mine since I was very young.

Thanks

The first aptitude test was a multiple choice maths test, and the second was a reading test, again, multiple choice. Both tests were pretty easy. I just hope that they are that easy this time round!

The radio test was basically just repeating what what you hear down a 2 way radio. simple.
