Does anyone know about staffing times at Abergavenny railway station?

hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has travelled through this station recently and could give me some idea of the staffing times.
I’m going to be visiting Abergavenny next Wednesday, arriving at about 11:30 and leaving at about 16:30, back to Hereford, but i’m completely blind and rely on passenger assistance staff to guide me onto and off of the trains.
On the one hand, it’s a tourist destination, but on the other hand, it is quite a small station regardless, and it will be a weekday.
I’ve checked the transport for wales website and it shows the station staffed until 17:45 but all of the train operating companies pull information from the same saw switch isn’t updated very regularly, and I suspect that if I called the contact centre, they would also use the same source.

National Rail Enquiries says 'closed until further notice' but nothing on the TfW site that I can see.

That’s a bit worrying, I was using information from national rail myself, but if it is closed that could be a concern.
I might have to call the transport wales contact centre after all, I wonder what their policy is for unstaffed stations and whether they would consider booking me a Taxi from Hereford or one of the intermediate stations instead.
