Hi there, recently received my contract and the Drivers Restructuring Framework Agreement is mentioned multiple times throughout the contract. Does anyone know what this document is and how/where I can find it? thanks!

Sometimes known as DRI, rostering agreement or manning agreements. It's a document negotiated between your employer and union representatives that details the day to day running of your job regarding daily rostering, diagramming, breaks, leave allocations, link arrangements, sick etc.

In case you are unaware of the history, Greater Anglia are an amalgamation of three former TOCS, Anglia Railways, First Great Eastern and the West Anglia bit of West Anglia and Great Northern, which were brought together when National Express were awarded the franchise in 2004. They had all developed different drivers terms and conditions when they were separate companies, which ideally should now be unified into one agreement. Of course it isn't as simple as that, for many reasons.
