West Midlands Trains are presently advertising 4 vacancies for this role at the Rail Operating Centre in Rugby. Very tempting to apply as there is a slightly better opportunity with four slots up for grabs.

It seems like quite an interesting role. I attended an interview for Customer Information Controller with Northern at the ROC in Manchester back in August but I sadly lost out to another candidate.

The job specification for the WMT role does have similarities to the Northern role so I was curious to know if the job is one of the same but just given a different job title by another TOC? Please feel free to put me right if I am wrong about this.

Also what is the salary like for this role as it isn't disclosed?
